Role Overview :

The MERN Stack Developer is a dedicated full-stack engineering role requiring 3-5 years of relevant experience with mandatory expertise across all components of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Located in Chennai, the role demands a strong focus on both Front-End (React JS / React Native) and Back-End (Node JS) development.

The incumbent must be prepared for an Immediate to 15 Days Notice Period, indicating a critical hiring need for prompt deployment.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer (3-5 years experience) with mandatory expertise in ReactJS/ReactNative and Node.js/ExpressJS, who can join the team immediately or within 15 days. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience utilizing React state management (Redux/Hooks/Context API) and possess a strong command of backend development, including RESTful web services, MongoDB, and potentially MySQL/PostgreSQL. Key responsibilities include designing scalable full-stack features, utilizing modern tools (Git, Webpack), understanding data structures, and ensuring excellent code quality and communication in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables :

Front-End Development and State Management :

- Serve as the primary developer for the Front-End : React JS / React Native components, building high-performance, modular user interfaces.

- Demonstrate Hands-on experience in React JS and modern state management patterns such as Redux / Hooks or Context API concepts.

- Utilize core skills in JavaScript for client-side logic, and proficiency with build tools like Webpack.

Back-End Architecture and Database :

- Demonstrate Strong Node JS experience for Node Developers with Express JS, designing and implementing robust RESTful web services and APIs.

- Utilize expertise in MongoDB as the preferred NoSQL database, or work with Relational Databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.

- Possess a Good understanding of Data structures for efficient algorithm design and resource management.

- Understanding of Firebase would be an added advantage for specialized serverless or real-time functionalities.

Development Practices and Tools :

- Apply version control using Git effectively for collaborative development, branching, and code management.

- Review and write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to established best practices.

- Utilize Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 3-5 Years of relevant experience in MERN.

- Core Stack : Mandatory expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.

- Front-End : React JS / React Native and Redux / Hooks or Context API concepts.

- Back-End : Strong Node JS experience with Express JS and proficiency in designing RESTful APIs.

- Database : Experience with MongoDB or MySQL/PostgreSQL.

- Logistics : Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days.

Preferred Skills :
