We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Developer to join our IT team.

As a Cognyter you will :

- Translate Business Requirements : Convert business and product requirements into well-designed Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events prioritizing OOTB capabilities before custom development.

- Build Integrations : Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Workato, Power Automate, and other middleware tools.

- Architect for Scale : Participate in architectural discussions, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure implementation aligns with platform best practices, governance, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

- Drive Project Success : Plan, track, and manage feature delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues, managing day-to-day workflows and technical risks.

- Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with Sales and Service business stakeholders, QA, and Product teams.

- Apply AI tools effectively to accelerate development, automate processes, and enhance solution quality.

For this mission youll need :

- Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, and asynchronous Apex.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, governor limits, and development best practices.

- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

- Ability to recommend out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities before custom development.

- Experience integrating Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and other project management tools.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
