We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Developer with a strong background in RPA, Power Platform, and AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building intelligent business applications using PowerApps, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and related Microsoft technologies. This role requires a visionary technologist capable of designing and implementing AI-powered agents, copilots, and generative solutions that enhance business efficiency and user experience

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse).

- Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and PowerApps to automate and optimize business workflows.

- Integrate AI and generative models (including LLMs and multimodal models) with enterprise data sources, APIs, and legacy systems.

- Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered copilots, intelligent chatbots, and autonomous agents tailored to business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.

- Drive AI adoption initiatives, conducting workshops, demos, and training sessions to promote the use of Power Platform and AI capabilities across the organization.

- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance models, and security standards while building and maintaining Power Platform solutions.

- Troubleshoot and optimize performance of Power Platform applications and provide continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of total experience in software development or RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with PowerApps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Dataverse).

- Proven expertise in Power Platform architecture, including Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and integration with external APIs.

- Experience developing and deploying AI-powered solutions using large language models (LLMs), multimodal generative AI, and agentic frameworks.

- Strong understanding of automation, process optimization, and data integration principles.

- Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end delivery of complex Power Platform and AI-based solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a passion for AI transformation and change enablement.

- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure services, and integration with Microsoft technologies is highly desirable
