Job Description :
- Must have hands on experience on Cisco Routing and switching technologies and on HP switching technologies, F5 and ACE load balancer.
- Added advantage if got experience on any of the below technologies also :
- Riverbed, Juniper Router and Switch, Radware LL and SL.
- Experience and working as support / administrative role. Vendor management skill, Good written and analytical skills. Good communication skills
- At a minimum CCNP/JNCIA certification recommended
- Having work experience for shared services is highly preferred
- Expert knowledge on following technologies :
- WAN Technologies : - ISDN, Frame-relay, ATM, MPLS, T1, E1, CSU/DSU
- LAN Technologies : - EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, PBR, Vlans, VTP, STP, RSTP, PVST, HSRP
- Security Technologies : - Access-list, High-availability set up, Site to Site VPN, Remote VPN, SSL VPN, Policy based VPN, Route based VPN, IPS Administration, Signature tuning.
- Product specific Knowledge : - Work experience on Cisco Nexus 1000v, 2000, 5000, 7000,
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provides technical support to partners and/or customers for Cisco technologies, Juniper, Check Point and/or solutions.
- Typically be responsible for resolving moderately to highly complex technical problems, depending on the customers' need.
- Shares his/her knowledge with other people in writing technical documents and enlarge the knowledge database.
- Provides internal and/or external technical presentations (cross-training).
- Should have ability to handle escalations effectively and able to communicate well in a critical situation
- Works closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Strives to technical excellence and expertise.
Avaya IPT :
- Support and Troubleshooting skills on Avaya s87xx media servers, Recording Solutions (Nice or Verint),
- Call Management System (CMS), AES (CTI server),
- Hands-on working experience and troubleshooting knowledge on SIP technology (Avaya SM/ SBC/AMS/EMS) & Modular messaging / IVR / VOIP Setup
- Hands-on working experience on Voice Solution designing and implementation
- Responsible for voice HW/SW Installation, maintenance, Logistics support, Co-ordination with respective vendors, Log
- Generation, firmware up gradation and patch management.
- Responsible Troubleshoot alarms and errors.
- Participation in Client Technical troubleshooting calls.
- Responsible Backup of Various Voice devices like CMS, ACD, Intuty Audix & recording servers.
- Responsible for Customization/programming of Hunt groups, VDNs, Vectors ASAI links and other configurable components.
- Call flow and documentation
- Responsible for analyzing usage (License, Link, capacity) and providing appropriate recommendation to management.
- Responsible for Coordination with various Internal teams and External Vendors to meet business Uptime.
- Responsible for monitoring& troubleshooting of ASAI links linked to adjuncts CTI/PG Servers /T Servers / ICM Integration / ECHI /IEX . etc.
