- Handling all the aspects of team administration tasks for HPUX

- Level 2 Administration of HP UX servers

- Performance monitoring and tuning on CPU & kernel.

- Working user and client on sudo issues.

- Knowledge on Patching activity.

- Strong knowledge on HP superdomes, Npar & vPar concepts.

- Strong knowledge on Service Guard Cluster

- Strong troubleshooting skills on IO latency, unexpected server reboots, network latency etc

- Strong skills in understanding nickel logs and analysis.

- Job automation with crontab and looking into cron issues.

- Monitoring System Performance of Virtual memory, System events, Swapping, Disk utilization, CPU utilization by running scripts.

- Finding Root cause for the incidents and helping Problem management team to prepare a Root Cause Report for client review.

- Skill to shape the work environment, setting strategy and overseeing operations

- Experience in managing team and their activities

- Excellent communication skills

- ITIL knowledge and certification

- Responsible for maintaining 100% Client's SLA.
