Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end agile delivery of custom automation solutions from project kick-off to post-launch support.

- Collaborate with key users to map processes, understand pain points, and identify inefficiencies in their workflows.

- Design user-centric technical solutions that balance innovation, usability, and measurable impact on productivity, efficiency, and work quality.

- Act as product owner for deliverables, overseeing development, testing, and deployment to ensure alignment with client expectations.

- Standardise design practices and contribute to product enhancements by sharing client insights with internal teams.

- Own the success of solutions by conducting impact assessments and using analytics to monitor adoption and measure delivered value.

- Build long-term partnerships with clients across multiple projects, acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador.

- Pave the way for business expansion by delivering exceptional results that drive customer satisfaction and referrals.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or process optimisation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building client relationships.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritise dynamically, and solve problems creatively.

- Technical proficiency in process mapping, solution design, and translating technical details into client-friendly communication.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product ownership.

- Experience or interest in UI/UX design to create user-friendly solutions.

- Passion for innovation, customer success, and driving measurable business impact.

- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages, especially German, is a plus)
