Job Description :

- Hands on AWS, Azure Cloud FinOps and Optimization experience - Providing recommendations for optimal resource allocation to minimize waste and maximize return on investment (ROI).

- Should be aware of all cloud services and how to optimize those services for better cost value.

- Hands on Cloud Cost Showback, Charge back and advisory generation from Cloud native tools

- Good understanding of Cost billing, budget, forecast on cloud platform- familiarity with workload usage/consumption patterns on cloud

- Well verse with Cloud tagging implementation strategy and how to tag bulk resources in one go- Implementing tagging and labeling strategies to ensure resources are categorized and tracked appropriately for financial purposes

- Drive the Cost optimization program assessing the end-to-end environment and identify all cost saving opportunities and implement the same

- Experience in adopting FinOps framework, governance, policies that dictate how cloud resources are provisioned, utilized, and charged back.

- Establishing approval workflows for cloud spending requests to ensure accountability and oversight. Engaging stakeholders to align policies related to FinOps practices

- Establishing a FinOps culture and enabling stakeholder teams by demonstrating a working knowledge of the FinOps framework - principles and Capabilities

- Managing and configuring FinOps tools and platforms that track, analyze, and optimize cloud spending and usage.

- Good to have Python or any scripting experience

- Professional Certification on FinOps
