Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement AI agents for payment triage and processing using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry, with API-based integration.

- Develop orchestration workflows using Azure Durable Functions or Logic Apps for scheduled and event-driven automation.

- Ensure robust error handling, retry logic, and centralized audit logging for all automated processes .

- Implement monitoring and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application

Insights; configure daily digest emails and real-time notifications.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and PowerApps Developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Support CI/CD deployment across environments (Dev, Test, Pre-Prod, Prod) and manage environment setup and access provisioning.

- Document architecture, configuration guides, rule mappings, and test evidence; contribute to runbooks and production hardening recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in cloud-native solutions (preferably Azure).

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and RESTful API integration.

- Proficiency in Azure Durable Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, and App Insights.

- Experience with enterprise data stores (Hive, SQL), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and billing systems (ENSEK) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Power BI for dashboarding and PowerApps for rule management UI.

- Solid understanding of rules engines, deterministic logic, and configurable rule sets.

- Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks within Azure.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and secure deployment

practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team
