About the Role :

Cogniter Technologies is seeking a skilled Generative AI Expert to join our advanced AI/ML team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, AI agents, and vector databases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop AI applications using state-of-the-art LLMs such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, and Falcon.

- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

- Build and deploy AI agents using frameworks like LangChain.

- Integrate vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search and retrieval.

- Deploy and optimize real-time inference engines such as Groq.

- Enhance model performance through prompt engineering, token optimization, and effective context management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable production-level AI integrations.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI and multimodal AI technologies.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working on Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP projects.

- Strong understanding of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector search systems.

- Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for AI development.

- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model deployment.

- Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with inference engines like Groq or similar hardware accelerators.

- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).

- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management.

- Experience with multimodal AI involving text, images, and speech.
