Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Business Analyst with strong Product and Project Management experience in the financial services domain.

This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of financial products and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial products and services.

- Develop detailed functional specifications, business process flows, user stories, and use cases.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers to define roadmaps, prioritize deliverables, and track milestones.

- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

- Partner with technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.

- Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

- Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT sessions.

- Track and report project progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, with exposure to Product and Project Management.

- Strong knowledge of financial services, banking products, payments, trading, or fintech.

- Proven track record of end-to-end project/product delivery in agile or hybrid models.

- Proficiency in requirement elicitation, solution design, stakeholder management, and documentation.

- Skilled in data analysis (SQL, Excel, BI tools).

- Familiarity with financial regulations (Basel, MiFID, AML, KYC, etc.) is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PRINCE2, CSPO, or Agile/Scrum are desirable.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer science or Information Technology.
