Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Design Ownership : Drive the UX design process from discovery to delivery including user research, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and final high-fidelity designs.
- User Research & Insights : Conduct and analyze user research to understand behavior, pain points, and motivations, translating insights into actionable design decisions.
- Design Systems : Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products and platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Craft visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive designs with a focus on accessibility and usability.
- Develop interactive prototypes to test concepts quickly and refine designs based on data and feedback.
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to evaluate design success using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Keep up with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously raise the bar for product design quality.
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience as a UX/Product Designer, ideally in a B2C digital environment (e.g., consumer apps, e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, or mobility).
- Proven experience in end-to-end product design, from user research to final delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working in agile product teams alongside developers and product managers.
- Portfolio showcasing real-world B2C projects, demonstrating your ability to solve complex UX challenges and deliver elegant UI solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and accessibility standards.
Good to Have :
- Experience designing for mobile-first or app-based products.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) to communicate effectively with
developers.
- Prior exposure to A/B testing, user analytics tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, GA4, etc.), or design system management.
- Passion for data-driven design and continuous improvement.
