About the Role :

As a Principal Product Manager, you will define and deliver the next generation of contextualization tools. This role goes beyond traditional data integration it focuses on leveraging AI to transform how industrial data (engineering diagrams and unstructured documents) is understood and connected.

You will drive the shift from deterministic, rule-based systems to intelligent, self-correcting, AI-driven solutions that reduce manual effort and significantly improve data quality. Acting as the key link between our engineering team in Bengaluru, global stakeholders, and customers worldwide, you will shape scalable, user-centric products that deliver real business value.

This role requires deep expertise in AI/ML technologies combined with strong product management leadership, ensuring alignment between customer needs, market opportunities, and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven contextualization, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

- Engage deeply with customers and stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and pain points.

- Translate vision into actionable requirements and user stories. Prioritize backlogs to maximize customer and business impact.

- Drive adoption of advanced ML techniques (e.g., Faster R-CNN, YOLO, Siamese Networks) for text, symbol, and line detection in engineering diagrams.

- Lead the transition from manual/deterministic methods to intelligent, probabilistic, and agentic workflows.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and customer teams to deliver cohesive, multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Support hiring and mentoring of product management talent as the Bengaluru team scales.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in leading AI/ML-driven products from concept to large-scale market launch. Deep understanding of model training, datasets, feature engineering, and neural network architectures.

- Strong understanding of industrial data (engineering data, sensor data, ERP/MES). Knowledge of standards like DEXPI, CFIHOS, ISO 14224/15926, ISA-95, B2MML, ECLASS, UNSPSC, and GPC is a plus.

- Experience managing large data collection/labeling programs and applying test-driven AI methodologies with benchmark datasets.

- Track record with computer vision and object detection projects on industrial or technical imagery. Knowledge of synthetic data generation and fine-tuning proprietary datasets is desirable.

- Minimum 8 years in product management, with success in launching complex technical products.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms. Familiarity with services like AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Textract; Azure Machine Learning, Document Intelligence; Google Vertex AI, Document AI.

- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
