Role Overview :

As an Automation Anywhere Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions with a focus on SAP automation. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the RPA team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the quality of delivered automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.

- Develop SAP automation workflows to optimize business processes.

- Collaborate with business users and process owners to gather requirements and understand automation opportunities.

- Ensure adherence to automation lifecycle best practices, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain deployed automation bots to ensure smooth operation.

- Document automation solutions, including process steps, configurations, and exceptions.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives in RPA practices and automation frameworks.

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience in SAP automation using Automation Anywhere.

- Strong understanding of the automation lifecycle and RPA best practices.

- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable RPA workflows.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in RPA development, specifically with Automation Anywhere.

Preferred Skills / Good to Have :

- Knowledge of cognitive automation and AI integrations with RPA.

- Exposure to other automation tools like UiPath or Blue Prism.

- Experience with process documentation and business process mapping.
