Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and fellow data scientists to translate complex business problems into scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop analytical frameworks to predict outcomes across various business scenarios

- Build customer behavior and satisfaction models to uncover drivers behind customer actions

- Translate business and product questions into well-defined analytics and machine learning projects

- Develop, test, and deploy production-grade machine learning solutions using Python or R

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders

- Work with large-scale data platforms such as Hadoop, Redshift, and Apache Spark

- Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including training, evaluation, and deployment

- Clearly communicate complex analytical methodologies and results to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications :

- 5- 10 years of experience in Data Science and/or Machine Learning roles

- Strong expertise in Python for data analysis and machine learning

- Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure Machine Learning, and Terraform

- Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows

- Solid understanding of deploying and maintaining scalable, production-ready ML solutions

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with PyTorch

- Experience developing and deploying computer vision or image-based models
