Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer

Experience : 6 to 10 Years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Lead end-to-end development and implementation across one or more ServiceNow modules.

- Develop custom applications, workflows and platform enhancements based on business requirements.

- Design and implement complex integrations using REST, SOAP and Integration Hub.

- Develop solutions using Service Portal, UI Builder and Workspace.

- Review existing solutions and identify opportunities for performance improvement and optimization.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards and platform governance.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Work closely with architects, business stakeholders and functional teams.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

- Extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong experience in end-to-end implementation of one or more ServiceNow modules.

- Experience in custom application development.

- Strong knowledge of workflows, automation and integrations.

- Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder and Workspace development.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow performance optimization and best practices.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical activities.

Preferred Certifications :

- CSA

- CAD

- CIS relevant ServiceNow module

- Other relevant ServiceNow certifications
