Coforge - Java Full Stack Lead - Spring Boot/AngularJS

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular (front-end) and Spring Boot (back-end), with a strong grasp of modern web architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development of full stack applications using Angular and Spring Boot.

- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, DevOps, and QA teams.

- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and authentication mechanisms.

- Drive performance optimization, security hardening, and CI/CD automation.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Core Skills Required :

Front-End (Angular) :

- Strong experience with Angular (v10+), TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx (or similar state management).

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design.

- Experience with component-based architecture and lazy loading.

- Familiarity with unit testing (Jasmine, Karma) and end-to-end testing (Protractor, Cypress).

Back-End (Spring Boot) :

- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.

- Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

- Proficiency in Java 11+ and Maven/Gradle.

- Familiarity with JWT, OAuth2, and API Gateway patterns.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Database : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.

- DevOps & Cloud : Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Monitoring & Logging : ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana.

- Other Front-End : Basic familiarity with React or Vue.js is a plus.

- Agile Practices : Scrum, Jira, Confluence.
