Codvo.ai - Agentic AI Engineer - Copilot Studio

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Copilot Studio / Agentic AI Engineer to build and scale intelligent AI agents within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role involves developing the first 5-6 Copilot Studio agents and supporting the continued rollout of additional AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, LLM-based workflows, agentic AI systems, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.

- Build AI-driven workflows using LLMs and agentic AI capabilities.

- Develop and integrate solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

- Work with Power Automate to orchestrate workflows and business processes.

- Support iterative rollout, testing, and scaling of AI agents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and AI opportunities.

- Optimize agent performance, reliability, and user experience.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft AI and automation technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in the Microsoft ecosystem.

- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Experience working with LLMs and agentic AI workflows.

- Strong knowledge of Power Automate.

- Understanding of AI orchestration, automation, and conversational AI.

- Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems is a plus.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

- Exposure to Azure AI services and Microsoft AI stack.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI agent design patterns.

- Experience in enterprise AI automation projects.
