Overview :

The Lead will be responsible for driving strategic client engagement, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and aligning account performance with Codvos business objectives. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs while identifying opportunities for growth and service improvement. The Engagement Lead plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships, overseeing governance, and supporting revenue goals through proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop exceptional applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.

- Build robust front-end interfaces with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.

- Design and implement back-end services using Node.js and Express.js.

- Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL to manage data efficiently.

- Leverage Azure Cloud to deploy and manage applications.

- Apply software development best practices, MVC/MVVM design patterns, and Agile/Kanban methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that extend shared platforms.

- Mentor and guide team members, helping them overcome technical blockers and grow in their careers.

- Break down complex problems, estimate development timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

What Were Looking For :

- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and optionally Python.

- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

- Hands-on experience in architectural design and building scalable applications.
