Role Overview:

Upcruit.ai is hiring a Codebeamer Integration Specialist / Developer with 10 - 18 years of experience in PTC Codebeamer customization, development, and migration. The role focuses on designing and implementing integrations between Codebeamer and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and MES using APIs and web services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement integrations between core ALM/PLM tools (specifically PTC Codebeamer) and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, MES) using APIs and web services.

- Create and maintain technical specifications for integration interfaces, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Configure and manage API platforms, implementing secure authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth2 and JWT.

- Develop scripts and utilities in languages like Python or JavaScript to automate processes and data synchronization.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for data reporting, validation, and troubleshooting within integrated systems.

- Utilize tools like Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI for API testing, documentation, and collaboration.

- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines by integrating ALM/PLM data to enable automated reporting and gating.

- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing integrations.

Tech Stack & Skills:

- 10 - 18 years of experience in Codebeamer customization, development, and migration.

- Expertise in API management, automation, and data synchronization.

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
