About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and creative UX Designer who is passionate about building intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, along with strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions.

- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

- Conduct usability tests and evaluate user feedback to iterate and improve designs.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and align design direction.

- Ensure consistent design language and maintain design documentation.

- Present design concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 23 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects across web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

- Good understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking methodology.

- Ability to conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable design improvements.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

- Basic knowledge of UI principles is a plus.
