Coddle Technologies - MERN Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer with 25 years of hands-on experience in developing dynamic, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies and a keen eye for clean, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Build responsive and high-performing UIs using React.js and Next.js.

- Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with state management tools (Redux / Context API).

- Knowledge of API design, authentication, and database modeling.

- Familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs, and Agile development practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have (Add-On Skills) :

- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO optimization.

- Exposure to React Native for cross-platform mobile development.

- Knowledge of TypeScript, GraphQL, or Docker.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Firebase) and CI/CD pipelines.
