Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer at Coddle Technologies, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform and related applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience and the overall success of our products, ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust and scalable Java-based microservices and APIs to support our platform's functionality.

- Build and maintain responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development, including proficiency in Spring Boot and related frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and develop RESTful web services and APIs.

- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and experience with Angular or React.js.

- Experience with messaging queues such as Kafka.

- Hands-on experience with database technologies such as MongoDB.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
