Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer - Project Lead to manage end-to-end application development and lead project delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership capabilities to ensure timely, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead architecture design and technical decision-making

- Develop, review, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications

- Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices

- Resolve complex technical issues and guide the team

Project & Team Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers

- Plan project timelines, task allocation, and sprint execution

- Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

- Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards

Development & Collaboration :

- Work on frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or similar frameworks

- Develop backend services using Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies

- Design and manage databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability

- Participate in requirement analysis and technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in full stack development

- Strong experience in both frontend and backend technologies

- Proven experience in leading projects and development teams

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Exposure to microservices architecture

- Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Project Lead
