Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated AI Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and applications that drive innovation in our healthcare solutions. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate research findings into practical, scalable solutions that directly impact patient care and improve the efficiency of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for various healthcare applications, such as disease prediction, image analysis, and personalized treatment recommendations.

- Develop and maintain robust and scalable AI pipelines using Python and related libraries, ensuring data quality and model performance.

- Integrate AI models with our existing platform using Node.js and Angular, creating seamless and user-friendly experiences for healthcare professionals.

- Collaborate with data scientists to evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.

- Deploy and monitor AI models in production, ensuring their reliability and scalability to meet the demands of our growing user base.

- Contribute to the development of our AI infrastructure, including data storage, model training, and deployment tools.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply them to our products and services.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using Python and related libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Proven experience in building and maintaining AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.

- Strong proficiency in front-end development using Angular and back-end development using Node.js.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to a growing team in our Bangalore office.
