About the Role :

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Techno-Functional Consultant with 8- 10 years of experience, who brings strong functional ownership combined with solid hands-on ABAP on HANA experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirement gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

- Configure and support one or more SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, QM, WM, etc.).

- Prepare Functional Specs (FS) for RICEFW / Integrations.

- Drive UAT, user training, test scenarios, and production readiness.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to define process improvements.

- Ensure alignment with S/4HANA standard processes and Clean Core principles.

- Perform ABAP debugging, troubleshooting, and minor code fixes.

- Support development of CDS Views, OData Services, AMDP, and enhancements.

- Validate technical feasibility and perform functional-unit testing on RICEFW.

- Collaborate with technical teams on performance tuning and data model alignment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-12 years of SAP experience with strong functional expertise in at least one major module (MM/SD/PP/QM/FI/WM).

- Hands-on working knowledge of ABAP on HANA, including :

1. CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL

2. OData Services

3. BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements

4. SmartForms / Adobe Forms

5. ABAP Debugging & Performance checks

- Experience in S/4HANA implementation, migration, or major rollout project.

- Strong communication, documentation, and business-facing skills.
