Role Overview :

As a Co-Founder and Full Stack Engineer, you will be a key pillar in building and scaling our product technology. You will have end-to-end ownership of the products technical architecture, development, and delivery. Your role will demand a blend of strong engineering expertise, product intuition, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive fast-paced innovation and execution in a dynamic startup environment.

What Were Looking For :

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong track record of building and scaling consumer-facing web and/or mobile applications.

- Prior work experience with leading social media, consumer internet, or platform apps is highly desirable.

- Strong instincts around user experience, product design, and the ability to translate ideas into functional, high-quality products rapidly.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership of both technology and product strategy, and a hands-on approach to solving complex problems.

- Ability to lead technical decisions and collaborate closely with other founding members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the full-stack development lifecycle from ideation, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the consumer product.

- Define and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient technology solutions that support rapid growth and evolving product requirements.

- Work hand-in-hand with the founding team to align technology with overall product vision and business goals.

- Drive continuous innovation in both product features and technical infrastructure.

- Build intuitive and performant experiences that delight users and provide competitive differentiation.

- Help build and mentor the future engineering team as the company scales.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in modern front-end and back-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, etc.).

- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and scalable architecture design.
