Description :

- Customer Engagement & Requirements Analysis : Engage with potential clients to understand their business goals, technical challenges, and specific ITMS needs (e.g., networking, security, cloud operations).

- Solution Design & Proposal Support : Design tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements, including system architecture and product specifications. Assist the sales team in preparing technical documentation, cost estimates, and detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).

- Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoC) : Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations and lead PoCs to showcase how the solution works in the customer's real-world environment and addresses their specific problems.

- Technical Advisory : Act as a trusted technical advisor, leading discussions with client IT teams and addressing complex questions about software capabilities, integrations, security measures, and compliance standards.

- Internal Collaboration & Feedback : Work closely with the sales team on strategy and serve as a liaison to product development and engineering teams, providing customer feedback to help inform future product improvements.

- Knowledge Transfer : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, and provide training and enablement for the internal sales force on technical aspects of the product portfolio.

Educational Qualifications & Skills :

- Employers generally seek candidates with a strong blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

Educational Background :

- Required : A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is typically a primary requirement.

- B.Sc/BCA/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc-IT/Computer/Electronics is a mandatory requirement

- Preferred : A Master's degree or relevant industry certifications can be an advantage.

Relevant Experience :

- Typically, candidates need at least 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consultant role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or IT services environment.

- Prior experience in technical support, system administration, or software development is a valuable foundation.

Key Skills :

- Technical Skills : Deep understanding of relevant technologies (e.g., IT infrastructure, cloud technologies like AWS/Azure, APIs, networking protocols, cybersecurity solutions).

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer pain points and design creative, tailored solutions.

- Soft Skills : Strong presentation skills, a customer-focused mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
