Role : ServiceNow UI/UX Developer

Location : Remote.

Experience Required : 8+ Years.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Build responsive, accessible UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Service Portal Framework.

- Customize and enhance Service Portal, Catalog Items, Dashboards & Workspaces.

- Translate user needs into engaging ServiceNow experiences in collaboration with product owners and analysts.

- Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability and performance.

- Ensure design consistency aligned with brand standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues.

- Stay current with evolving ServiceNow platform features and UX trends.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Proven experience with Service Portal Framework on the Now Platform.

- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
