Clyptus - SAP FSCM/TRM Consultant

Description :

- Lead SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) solution design, configuration, and implementation across multiple projects.

- Collaborate with global finance teams, business stakeholders, and IT counterparts to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle - from blueprinting and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP TRM, FI/CO, Cash Management, In-House Cash, and external systems (banking interfaces, market data providers, etc.

- Oversee hedge management, exposure management, and financial instrument accounting processes within SAP TRM.

- Provide expert-level advisory on Treasury operations, risk assessment, and liquidity management best practices.

- Develop and maintain documentation - functional specs, test scripts, configuration guides, and training materials.

- Act as a solution architect and mentor, guiding consultants and team members in SAP TRM and related modules.

- Manage stakeholder communication, project governance, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Stay abreast of SAP S/4HANA Treasury innovations and drive adoption of next-generation finance capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must-Have Skills :

- 12+ years of total IT/Finance experience with 8+ years in SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management (TRM).

- Deep expertise in Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Cash, Risk Management, Hedge Management, and Financial Instrument Accounting.

- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) implementations or migrations.

- Strong understanding of Treasury business processes, including cash positioning, bank communication (SWIFT), and market data integration.

- Knowledge of integration points with FI, CO, and external banking systems.

- Proficiency in financial accounting principles, financial instruments, and risk controls.

- Experience in SAP FSCM modules such as Dispute Management, Credit Management, or Collections Management (preferred).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Proven leadership in project delivery and team management within global environments.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- SAP Certification in Treasury and Risk Management / FSCM / S/4HANA Finance.

- Exposure to SAP Central Finance or SAP Group Reporting.

- Experience with banking integrations, API-based treasury solutions, or market data feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters).

- Knowledge of Treasury policies, accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP), and compliance frameworks.

- Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Technology.

- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

- SAP Certified Application Professional - Treasury and Risk Management or S/4HANA Finance preferred.
