Clyptus - Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant - OTL Module

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Design, configure, and implement OTL solutions, including Fast Formulas.

- Lead functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities to ensure smooth delivery.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing solutions.

- Collaborate with Payroll, Absence Management, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.

- Prepare technical and functional documentation for project deliverables.

- Stay updated on latest Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud features and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with strong focus on OTL (Time & Labor).

- Hands-on expertise in Fast Formulas and OTL configuration.

- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Absence Management, and related modules is an advantage.

- Experience in functional testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate with global teams.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
