About The Role :

Youll join Clutterbots Platform Engineering team to ensure the reliability, scalability, and automation of our CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and production platforms that power an autonomous fleet of robotic appliances.

You will be the first point of contact in the India time zone, mentoring and advising other engineering teams and handling fault triage and admin tasks.

Youll help enable seamless delivery and operation across our software systems and services.

What youll be doing :

- Serve as the first point of contact for Platform Engineering in the India office when other time zones are offline; advice peers; own fault triage & admin tasks.

- Own reliability, scalability, and automation across CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and production platforms supporting our robots.

- Maintain scripted CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) using YAML, Bash, and Python.

- Perform Linux system administration : setup, troubleshooting, performance tuning.

- Build and manage Docker images/containers in production.

- Create/manage Linux packages (Debian .deb).

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional, remote teams across time zones.

Your Background/ Skills :

- Strong SDLC fundamentals across planning deployment monitoring, including versioning & release management.

- DevOps mindset to improve speed, quality, reliability.

- CI/CD : GitLab + YAML/Bash/Python.

- Linux administration and Linux packaging (Debian).

- Docker in production.

- Excellent written & verbal communication; effective across time zones.

Additional Skills :

- ROS (build/deploy, packaging; CI with Gazebo).

- Networking fundamentals.

- iptables configuration & management.
