Clover Infotech - Oracle Application Techno-Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities :

The Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant will provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle E-Business Suite applications, ensuring system stability, SLA adherence, and effective resolution of functional and technical issues in a support-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Resolve incidents, service requests, and perform root cause analysis

- Perform functional analysis, configuration, and validations

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business processes

- Debug issues using SQL, PL/SQL, and application logs

- Support Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Workflows, and Concurrent Programs

- Handle minor enhancements, data fixes, and report changes

- Coordinate with DBAs for patching, cloning, and environment issues

- Interact with business users and provide regular status updates

Preferred candidate profile :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills

- Oracle EBS R12 architecture knowledge

- Experience with Forms, Reports, XML Publisher

- Experience in SLA-driven support environments

- Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira

Soft Skills :

- Good communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to work under pressure in production environments
