Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications.

- Collaboration : Work closely with UX team, backend engineers, and stakeholders to define user interfaces, software architectures, and establish efficient workflows & APIs

- Operational Excellence : Build user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex cloud technologies and enhance overall platform usability

- Project Planning : Provide technical inputs during design phases, plan development timelines, and track project progress to ensure successful delivery

- Development : Drive active software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to bring designs to life

- Product Ownership : Take ownership of frontend product features from conception to delivery, driving product decisions and ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs

- Innovation : Design and develop prototype solutions to support evolving business requirements

- Mentorship : Guide junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and manage code repositories

- Quality Assurance : Ensure technical feasibility of visual designs and UX components, proactively identify and resolve bugs, and conduct thorough issue detection across applications

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience :

- 5+ years of frontend development experience with demonstrated success in shipping complex web applications, driving product decisions, and prioritizing user-centered design principles

Technical Skills :

- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript fundamentals and React ecosystem with solid understanding of design principles and patterns

- Strong experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API)

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration

- Proficiency with design tools (Figma) and ability to translate designs into functional code

- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks

- Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.)

- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with building large scale responsive applications, especially SaaS applications.

- UI/UX design experience and understanding of design principles

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library)

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies
