Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Microsoft Dynamics Trainer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in delivering impactful training sessions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs for individuals and corporate teams, ensuring learners gain proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics applications.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on various Microsoft Dynamics modules (e.g., CRM, Finance & Operations, Business Central).


- Customize training materials and modules based on the specific needs of learners or client organizations.


- Provide ongoing support to trainees post-training for clarification and continued learning.


- Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics.


- Continuously evaluate and enhance training content to maintain relevance and effectiveness.


- Conduct assessments to measure training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvements.


- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business and technical requirements.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 2 to 5 years of experience in training on Microsoft Dynamics (any module).


- Proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.


- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training engagements.


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


- Microsoft Dynamics certification (e.g., MB-200, MB-300, MB-310, MB-800) is highly desirable.


- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) or online training platforms.


- Exposure to both in-person and virtual training delivery.


- Practical experience in implementing or using Microsoft Dynamics in real-world scenarios.
