- Job Role: Infor LN CloudSuite

- Location : Remote

- Exp: 7+

- TIME : 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

- 1st level support Infor LN CloudSuite automotive TASKS-

- 6+ YEARS

- Receive and process support requests via the ticket system

- Analyze, classify, and resolve incidents in 1st level support

- Handle support cases independently or in close cooperation with the core team at headquarters

- Identify and escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd level support when required

- Document and prepare recurring problems and solution approaches

PROFILE :

- Several years of professional experience in Infor LN

- Preferably with CloudSuite Automotive knowledge

- Experience in the following logistics areas: Manufacturing, Warehousing, Shipment Execution, Handling Units

- Preferred understanding of automotive processes

- Preferably with Automotive Exchange knowledge

- Preferred experience with one logistic multi-finance company setup

- Understanding of ITIL processes (especially Incident and Problem Management)

- Strong communication and customer service orientation

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets

- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written; German or Spanish skills are an advantage

- Experience with Matrix42 is an advantage
