Key Responsibilities :

- Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Python on the backend and React or Angular on the frontend.

- Cloud & DevOps : Deploy and manage applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud services.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment cycles.

- Client Interaction : Act as a technical point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.

- Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.

- Architecture : Collaborate with the team to design scalable and secure software architecture.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 4 years of proven experience in full-stack software development.

- Backend Mastery : Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Frontend Skills : Solid experience with React.js OR Angular.

- Cloud Experience : Basic knowledge of GCP is required; exposure to AWS or Azure is a plus.

- DevOps : Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).

Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have) :

- Experience in a client-facing role or stakeholder management.

- Proven track record of people management or mentoring a small team.
