Job Description :

- We are looking for a senior role in Service now support as they will need to be self-sufficient & able to troubleshoot mostly on their own and engage w/ stakeholders w/ little oversight needed.

Basic Skills :

- ServiceNow Platform Proficiency : Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules (e.g.,ITSM, Service Request).

- Web Development : Experience with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Scripting : Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript/Glide, Business Rules

- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

- Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders

- Good to have experience on NowAssist

Critical/Must-have Skills :

- ServiceNow Portal Experience (and UI Pages)
