About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, ensure compliance with security standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other technologies.

- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Support, maintain, and enhance existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards.

- Identify and remediate platform vulnerabilities; address emerging threats such as social engineering and cyber compliance.

- Collaborate with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.

- Prepare technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and design documents.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to existing implementations.

- Proactively identify potential issues and propose robust remediation strategies.

- Prioritize deliverables based on requirements and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integration patterns.

- Experience with Salesforce security standards and compliance frameworks.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration with external systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern security practices.
