Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, software development, or related roles.

- Demonstrated experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and delivering IT solutions in regulated environments.

- Strong technical competencies, leadership skills, and personal accountability.

- Experience with Salesforce implementation projects or Salesforce technical experience.

- Experience with Agile tools (e.

, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Additionally familiar with quality assurance and documentation practices within software development.

- Proven ability to collaborate across globally distributed, cross-functional teams.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience managing people, IT projects, and vendor relationships.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle, compliance, and quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Scrum Master certification (CSM) preferred.

- PMP certification preferred.

- Experience in medical device, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.

- Experience with cloud-based applications and IT contract management.

- Experience with Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead scrum teams operating in DevOps and Agile/Scrum models to deliver IT solutions.

- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery focused on Minimal Viable Product (MVP).

- Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, acting as a voice of reason and authority.

- Capture team metrics, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with business partners to define scope, business cases, and prioritize sprint scope.

- Manage all stages of software implementation : planning, requirements/user stories, analysis, design, testing, rollout, and ongoing support.

- Supports and strengthens technical knowledge base across the Salesforce program.

- Escalate issues and risks as they arise, providing transparency to management and business partners.

- Ensure compliance documentation is complete and systems meet regulatory requirements.

- Manage communications among technical staff, vendors, and internal partners.

- Develop and manage schedules and performance standards for scrum teams.

- Advocate for simplification and innovative uses of IT to provide competitive advantage.

- Deliver regular updates to IT and business management regarding progress and execution status.
