Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Business Analysis & Solution Design : Analyze business requirements related to Production Planning and Quality Management and translate them into robust SAP solutions.

- Module Configuration : Configure the SAP PP and QM modules to meet client needs. This includes setting up master data, work centers, routings, inspection plans, control keys, and other key components.

- Process Improvement : Design and implement process improvements across the manufacturing and quality areas to boost efficiency and accuracy.

- Integration : Integrate SAP PP/QM with other key SAP modules, such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), WM (Warehouse Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).

- Support & Training : Conduct end-user training, prepare comprehensive functional documentation, and provide post-go-live support.

- Project Lifecycle Support : Support data migration and testing activities throughout project lifecycles.

Technical Collaboration : Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., ABAP, BASIS) for any custom development, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PP and QM processes and participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant.

- Domain Knowledge : Strong domain knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.

- SAP PP/QM : Deep expertise in configuring and implementing SAP PP and QM modules.

- Integration : Hands-on experience integrating PP/QM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, PM).

- Technical Skills : Experience with functional documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

- Communication : Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
