- Solution Leadership : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle EBS R12 technical solutions for SCM modules, including Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, iProcurement, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).

- Technical Architecture : Architect and deliver a wide range of RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components using tools like PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and XML Publisher.

- Collaboration & Mentorship : Work closely with functional and business teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and conducting technical reviews of their deliverables.

- Performance & Maintenance : Perform advanced performance tuning, troubleshooting, and code optimization. You'll also support critical system upgrades, patches, and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Technical Expertise : In-depth technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12 SCM, with a mastery of core business flows like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management.

- Development Tools : Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and Oracle APIs.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
