- EPM Cloud Solution Architecture : Act as an expert in architecting solutions on Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud tools, including EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service), Narrative Reporting, HFR (Hyperion Financial Reporting), and Data Management.

- Program Leadership : Lead multiple transformational programs on the Oracle EPM suite across diverse industry verticals such such as Finance, Retail, CPG, Logistics, and Public Sector.

- Pre-Sales & Business Development : Develop industry-standard specific tools as part of pre-sales activities, estimate various project budgets, and generate new business by providing valuable suggestions and solutions to customers.

- Continuous Development & Innovation : Develop and leverage various industry-standard continuous development accelerators (e.g., reusable EPM Automate backup scripts, reusable RTM templates) to enhance project efficiency.

- Solution Delivery Expertise : Demonstrate expert ability in delivering various Enterprise Performance Cloud solutions across all the mentioned tools (EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, etc.

- Go-To-Market Strategy : Contribute to the creation of several Go-To-Market (GTM) flyers for both internal and external consumption, showcasing our EPM capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant.

- Expert in architecting and delivering solutions on Oracle EPM Cloud tools (EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, HFR, Data Management).

- Proven experience leading multiple transformational programs on the Oracle EPM suite across various industry verticals.

- Demonstrated ability to contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution estimation and tool development.

- Experience with continuous development accelerators such as EPM Automate scripts and RTM templates.

- A track record of generating new business through valuable customer engagement and suggestions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
