Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning & Execution : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations.
- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Establish strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership : Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including AEM developers, architects, QA, and UX/UI designers.
- Ensure team alignment with project goals and foster a collaborative environment.
- Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track.
- Budget & Resource Management : Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resource utilization effectively to ensure financial targets are met.
- Quality Assurance : Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet client requirements, technical specifications, and AEM best practices.
- Agile/Scrum Leadership : Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with third-party vendors or partners involved in AEM implementations, ensuring their deliverables align with project needs.
- Reporting & Communication : Provide regular, transparent project status reports to clients and internal leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AEM projects (e.g., website builds, migrations, component development) on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of the AEM ecosystem, including architecture, components, integrations, and deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience in leading Agile teams.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage expectations and present technical concepts clearly.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
