Position : Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description :

We need someone who can work independently and has strong hands-on experience, preferably with 6+ years in Apex, Salesforce basics, and LWC. Additionally, a positive attitude towards work is essential.

Key Skills :

- Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs.

- Testing and evaluating new programs.

- Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.

- Writing and implementing efficient code.

- Determining operational practicality.

- Developing quality assurance procedures.

- Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics.

- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.

- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.

- Training users

- Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.

- Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.

- Creating timelines and development goals.

- Testing the stability and functionality of the application.

Required Skills & Experience : 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

Strong proficiency in :

- Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers)

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Salesforce basics and platform features

- Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and integration techniques.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.

- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
