Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage robust Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.

- Test and evaluate new programs for functionality and performance.

- Identify and develop modifications to existing systems.

- Write and implement efficient, secure, and maintainable code.

- Determine the operational practicality of proposed solutions.

- Develop and apply quality assurance procedures.

- Deploy tools, processes, and metrics to support software delivery.

- Maintain and upgrade existing systems to meet evolving business needs.

- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

- Train users and support adoption of new features.

- Meet with project managers to understand CRM needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

- Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.

- Create realistic timelines and development milestones.

- Test and ensure application stability and functionality.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and platform limits.

- Perform peer code reviews, contribute to solution design discussions, and lead technical troubleshooting.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, or middleware tools.

Skills Required :

- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

- Proven experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), SOQL, and SOSL.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

- Extensive experience with version control systems, such as Git, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps,

or others.

- Strong understanding of database design principles and data management best practices on the Salesforce platform.

- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like jQuery.
