Job Description :

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with at least 6+years of experience to be instrumental in shaping the Salesforce ecosystem working closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and executing end-to-end functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- 6 to 10 years of proven experience in Salesforce functional consulting (Sales & Service Cloud).

- Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, and related business processes.

- Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge (Workflows, Process Builder/Flows, basic configuration).

- Expertise in Opportunity, Quotes, Orders, Service Contracts, Entitlements, and Partner Portal.

- Excellent documentation and diagramming skills (functional flows, specs, etc.

- Demonstrated experience crafting Jira user stories, conducting Impact and Root Cause Analyses.

- Skilled in facilitating UAT planning, executing, and representing business needs.

- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Lead and deliver across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with practical experience in Opportunity, Quote, Order, Service Contract, and Entitlement Management.

- Own the Lead-to-Cash business process and optimize it for maximum impact.

- Enable Partner Portal, opportunity forecasting, and pipeline visibility.

- Configure the Salesforce platform using Workflows, Flows, and other declarative tools.

- Drive requirement gathering, document functional specs, flow diagrams, and business process maps.

- Write user stories (Jira), perform Impact Analysis and Root Cause Analysis, and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

- Understanding of integrations and middleware (ERP, finance, etc.
