Key Responsibilities :


- Act as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.


- Guide teams in estimating, planning, and delivering sprint commitments based on team capacity and velocity.


- Coach team members on Agile/Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to defined processes and best practices.


- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, clarify requirements, and align on priorities.


- Coordinate dependencies and cross-team collaboration with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.


- Track sprint progress, risks, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence, ensuring transparency and timely reporting.


- Proactively identify, escalate, and remove impediments to enable smooth sprint execution.


- Ensure timely and predictable releases, tracking deployment milestones and delivery outcomes.


- Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and quality.


- Provide regular status updates, metrics, and insights to leadership and program stakeholders.


- Support Agile transformation initiatives and mentor teams based on their maturity levels.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 10+ years of experience in IT / Technology / Hi-Tech consulting, with strong program or delivery management exposure.


- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.


- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes including :


1. Order to Cash (O2C)


2. Hire to Retire (H2R)


3. Customer Support / Service Management


- Prior experience working with ERP systems.


- Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery metrics.


- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for Agile tracking and documentation.


- Strong leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.


- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
