Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ERP Functional Sr. Consultant with in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or Oracle Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will bring strong implementation expertise, business process optimization capabilities, and the ability to drive successful ERP transformations for global clients.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Lead and manage full-cycle ERP implementations from requirement gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements and develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs)

- Configure, test, and deploy ERP modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing

- Coordinate with technical teams for system integrations, customizations, and data migrations

- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live strategies, and post-implementation hypercare support

- Provide end-user training to ensure smooth adoption and change management

- Offer Level 2/3 support for ERP applications, including SLA-based ticket resolution and enhancements

- Analyze and optimize complex business processes, recommending best-fit ERP solutions

- Ensure compliance with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies and ERP implementation best practices

- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering continuous learning and team development

- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and maintain ERP documentation standards

- Support multi-country ERP rollouts, including multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany transaction setups

Required Skillsets :

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP functional consulting

- Proven track record of leading at least two full-cycle ERP implementations

- Strong functional expertise in at least one of the following: SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Oracle Cloud ERP

- Excellent understanding of business process flows across Finance, SCM, Procurement, and Manufacturing

- Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, system design, and data migration using templates

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional teams

- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities

- Exposure to global ERP rollouts and ability to handle complex project environments

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with integration tools and cloud migration strategies is a plus
