About the Role :

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex IT projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery by managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep experience in IT project management, and the ability to manage multi-phase, global client engagementsespecially within the Microsoft technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to define and clarify requirements.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project goals.

- Conduct project governance activities, including status reporting, milestone reviews, and stakeholder updates.

- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project expectations.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies or manage projects using Waterfall based on methodology suitability.

- Perform post-implementation reviews to track project performance and identify improvement opportunities.

- Ensure adherence to project management standards, compliance frameworks, and quality processes.

- Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high levels of organization and prioritization.

- Work with global clients across the US and Europe, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

- Drive teams toward accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement in delivery practices.

- Manage Microsoft technology-based projects (Dynamics 365, Azure, etc.), ensuring technical alignment.

Skillsets & Qualifications :

Technical & Functional Skills :

- Strong experience in IT project management for multi-phase, complex initiatives.

- Proven experience managing projects involving Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform).

- Expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Strong understanding of PMO processes, governance, risk management, and budgeting.

- Ability to interpret technical requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
