Role Overview :

The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple complex IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery excellence in line with scope, schedule, and budget. This role demands strong client management skills, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience with Microsoft solutions and modern project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Lead end-to-end project management for IT and cloud implementation projects.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client requirements and company goals.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, solution architects, and business analysts.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.

- Conduct regular status meetings, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project communications.

- Oversee resource allocation and performance, ensuring optimal team utilization.

- Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to quality, documentation, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage change control processes, balancing client requests with project constraints.

- Lead and mentor project coordinators and junior project managers to enhance delivery standards.

- Contribute to organizational process improvements and project management best practices.

Required Skillsets :

- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects with global clients.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Solutions, including Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform.

- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for IT projects.

- Leadership capabilities to drive accountability and collaboration across teams.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Partner ecosystem and delivery frameworks preferred.

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Scrum certification is an added advantage.
